“阿拉”老宁波作为历史的片段与文化的符号，由“宁波老字号”、“甬上婚俗‘十里红妆’”、“宁波老墙门”、“宁波岁时节俗”、“宁波民间工艺美术”、“宁波戏曲与宁波方言”等六部分组成，展示着“无宁不成市”的旧时老宁波。
